Recognize Anaphylaxis
Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening allergic reaction. Look for these warning signs:
- Difficulty breathing or wheezing
- Swelling of throat, tongue, or lips
- Rapid or weak pulse
- Skin reactions: hives, itching, flushing
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Dizziness or fainting
